Had this monitor for less than 3 months and it started squealing. while it's squealing it cycles on and off and will not work correctly. Does not stay on long enough to factory reset, and the monitor was never overclocked in any kind of way. Severely disappointed. If you buy this monitor make sure to buy the replacement plan, you will need it.

Purchsed this monitor back in Novermber and it worked pretty fine besides some random small graphics bugs (turning off and on the monitor fixed it). Up until today when I turned it on and now it has a vertical line running down it that won’t go away. Unfortunately I didn’t purchase a warranty so I’m out of luck.

Can't get this monitor to work. The Dell logo is displayed then it immediately goes into power save mode. This my first Dell monitor and looks like it will be my last. I usually purchase LG or Sam Sung monitors. Never had a problem. Purchased this monitor because of the mostly excellent reviews. Well Geek Squad here I come again!

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase! It worked for 1 year and 2 weeks and then the screen went completely white and stopped working. So if you like monitors that cost upwards of $400 bucks and only last a year this is the monitor for you! Never will buy Dell again.

I am having a major problem with this monitor about every two weeks. It loses sync on boot up and I have to disconnect the power, turn off the pc, plug the power back in and then turn on the PC and hope it works. I have tried the fix listed online and it worked for awhile but the problem came back.

We just started using the Monitor and we are concerned. Occasion a line forms down the middle of the Monitor and we cannot get rid of it. We are going to test it for a few more days to see what happens and we might have to return. Otherwise it is crystal clear.

Screen took a dump within the first couple months. Best Buy wouldn’t replace it or help. Said had to go to dell. Was more a pain to work with them so just threw it away.

The backlight bleeding is too much on this monitor. I used a pure black image and full-screen to test. I've had the monitor for 29 days and best buy won't accept the return. They sold me a defective product. Take a look at the pictures for proof.

I got it on sale and was pretty stoked about a good deal... but I could not get the gsync to work. Tech support couldn’t get the gsync to work either. Ended up returning it and buying a different monitor from a online competitor.

Got this monitor on sale for 399.99, and I am not disappointed one bit! Compared to my old Asus VX248H 60Hz TN panel, this thing is incredible. I was going to save more for an IPS gaming panel, but after reading reviews on how great the colors are on this thing, I decided to take a gamble. Well, I'm happy I did, because I can see things on this thing that I never even knew were there before. G-Sync, amazing color, 144Hz, 1440p, I mean, what else could I ask for? The stand is amazing, the build quality seems excellent, and I could not be happier. It did require a bit of calibration to get the colors looking great, although following the guides I saw online didn't yield the greatest results for me. After some tinkering, though, things are looking amazing, and I have absolutely zero buyer's remorse :P.

While on my honeymoon, I was able to convince my wife to let me buy this monitor when it went on sale for this incredible price. After a few color tweaks on the monitor and in the nvidia control panel, the monitor looks incredible and feels so smooth.
Pros:
- Price
- 144hz is great for my main game, CS:GO
- GSync will change your world. Even with my puny 2gb GTX 960, I'm able to play most of my games at 1440p and high to ultra settings smooth as butter.
- The monitor is very understated and attractive.
Cons:
- My second monitor (1080p, 60hz) looks like absolute garbage now.

I purchased an LG 2560x1080 60hz monitor about three years ago and it's done a great job for me. Gaming is pretty stinking cool in ultrawide! My brother ended up purchasing this Dell monitor and raved about it so I had to give it a shot. Wasn't too thrilled about going from 34" to 27" screen size.
The 144hz is a game changer when it comes to gaming! Everything and I mean everything, is buttery smooth. Going back to my 60hz monitor made me second guess gaming. FINALLY my GTX1070 can spread her wings and fly! :)
If you can get a 144hz monitor in a 34" size, that would be ideal. I've heard they only make 100hz 34" monitors but I could be wrong. Regardless, you'll pay a LOT more money for those monitors than this one... not that $500-600 isn't a lot to pay for a monitor.
Is this purchase worth it... um yeah! One thing to keep in mind. I wasn't all that impressed with the Black's on this monitor until I read a review to mess with the colors in the "Nvidia Control Panel". I turned the gamma down to .75 or .80 and it's perfect. I'm very impressed with this monitor and would recommend it to anyone looking.
