Most good G-Sync monitors cost at least $500, but this one regularly goes on sale for around $350. My only gripe is the level of contrast isn't amazing, but it still looks really good overall and most importantly the G-Sync at 27" 1440p is the perfect combination for gamers. Do not get 4K, seriously. I have tried it. It will needlessly tax your GPU and not look noticeably better unless your nose is touching your screen. 1440p at 27" is all you need for many years to come.

Get this monitor and if you can grab it on sale. Got it for $450.00 from $600.00. Great monitor with great refresh rates for gaming. overclocking is a no no on this monitor however.

Used Mostly for gaming and editing works. Works Very nicely with high-end systems. The only problem I would have with this is some monitor ghosting but other than that pretty good monitor

Pros and cons at bottom This monitor has a sleek look on my desk, and after some tweaking, the picture quality looks good and is enjoyable to watch TV and play video games on. However, I am unable to use DisplayPort with this monitor because after I shutdown or put my computer to sleep, it no longer recognizes that the DisplayPort is plugged in and just says no signal (so I have to completely shut down my computer and unplug both it and the monitor for 30 seconds and restart it for it to find signal) which is very upsetting. I have it plugged into my computer using a DisplayPort to hdmi cable, but when I turn my computer back on, the monitor won’t wake up from sleep (my old monitor worked perfectly fine with this cable), and I have to turn the monitor off and on which takes about 4 pushes of the power button. Overall it’s a good looking monitor that works well when it’s on, but there’s too much hassle with this monitor. I got it on sale at $350 and WOULD NOT suggest spending any more on this monitor because it is so faulty. Pros: GSync (I have an nvidia 1060 graphics card so this is necessary) 144hz 1440p 1ms response time Okay picture quality after tweaking No or little white bleeding around the edges 27” display Good monitor when on sale at $350 or less Cons: DisplayPort doesn’t work at all HDMI port won’t wake up the monitor Too expensive at full price Picture will always look just a little bit washed out I would only recommend this monitor if you get it on sale and you need a monitor. If anyone has had these problems and knows how to permanently fix them, please let me know.

This monitor can't be beat for the price when it is on sale. Clean appearance, slim bezel, 144hz, 1440p. Perfect. Colors are even pretty good for a TN but viewing angles still suck.

For the money, its absolutely the best value available. The refresh rate and deep blacks make gaming a breeze while still looking great and not breaking the bank.

Literally my favorite monitor I've ever owned. I don't notice a difference on anything above 144hz so saving money on this monitor was well worth it. 10/10 would recommend and purchase again

Love this monitor, when available for less than $400 its hard to justify anything more expensive. GSYNC, 1440p and 165fps, one of the best investments ive made in my setup.

I bought this g-sync 27" LED QHD G-SYNC Monitor back when it was on special for 349.99(What a steal!). Extremely pleased with performance and functionality. The ability to twist it into a vertical monitor so easily is super useful. I had to change the color levels a little bit using the built in windows display calibration. I also had to make sure my graphics settings for the monitor were displaying at 144hz and not 60hz. Having G -Sync and being 27", completely worth the money I spent. Would totally buy again if price came down from the current $599.99. I have had it for 3 months now and zero complaints.

Great value. Bought for our 12 year old son for gaming, and the combination of resolution and refresh rate were perfect (at this price)!

Looks awesome after color adjustment, thanks @RyanPiv for pointer. Before color adjustment, it was washed out, as others have reported. I got Rev A03, and I don't have the issue with the monitor coming out of sleep. I like that one of the USB ports on the left hand side is powered even while the monitor is in sleep. Nice to charge your phone or micro quad while not at the desk. I got it while on sale for $449, it's now $700. I think they are pricing it closer to other TN GSYNC monitors, which is too bad, $450 was an excellent price point.

I love 144hz. The screens color is not great. You can tweak it like crazy and it will never look as good as a $200 IPS screen. If you can pick it up for under $400 that its a great deal. The $600 they are trying to get is not worth it at all.

Perfect monitor for a gaming! The quality and picture is crystal clear! It'a big improvement from my other monitor. Worth the extra money!

great for games colors aren't the best consumer but not pro-ready for videos/photo/3d modeling but price for that 144 hz is a beast!

Extremely Powerful Gaming Monitor for a great price! Forget all the other gaming brands. Dell did a great job making a monitor that can handle any gaming performance.

It replaced my hp zr30w and although a few inches smaller, this is a case where size doesn't matter. Noticed a huge difference in overwatch. Pharah bombs to everyone's face now.

My son wanted a G-Sync monitor. When I ordered this one, it was an amazing deal, as most G-Sync monitors at 27" were very expensive. Granted, now Nvidia is certifying some non-G-Sync monitors at high refresh rates as compatible with G-Sync, but was not that way at that time. I prefer IPS panels, however I don't game and need it for text - son has different priorities. There were no IPS panels running at this high a refresh rate, so this was the best option for my son.

When this monitor goes down to 350, is the best monitor in the whole market. Since it is a gaming monitor, it covers all the needs for a gamer at the lowest cost.
