First of all the price was right, and this monitor is absolutely amazing once you adjust it properly you will not be disappointed. My games look fantastic

Wow this is the first monitor that I had spent over $300, and first monitor that's higher than standard 1080 resolution. The detail is just amazing for gaming and reading text!

This is an excellent gaming monitor. A quick Google search gave me all the info I needed to calibrate it to match the other displays in my setup, and despite being a TN panel the colors actually look great! Gaming at a high refresh rate synced to my GPU is such a welcome experience....there is no way I would go back to anything below 100hz/fps. The built-in USB hub is another great feature I did not expect to use or appreciate but it comes in quite handy. Finally the small bezels make it great addition to my triple monitor setup. Now I just need to replace my other two monitors with two more of these!

The Dell 27" Gsync monitor (2560x1440, 2K resolution) is a good display - very good at an "on sale" price point - although it can be a bit finicky about DisplayPort connections. Driving it with a GTX970 via DisplayPort, it will drop into sleep mode and not wake up until power-cycled; it will occasionally fail to wake up on first boot as well, forcing a second boot of the machine. Driving it via HDMI, it works fine. The 2K resolution is much easier to drive at gaming frame rates with accessibly-priced video cards, so this monitor provides a nice bump up from more-typical 1920x1080 resolutions without needing a $700+ card to drive it.

I absolutely love this monitor. As a newbie to 144hz and the Vsync technology, it was a little tricky to set up, but it was worth having to do all the research.

I am very happy with 4 USB ports ( 2 on the left side and other 2 on the bottom. It's fast 144hz g-sync. Fantastic industrial design, great adjustable stand!

This monitor is great. Response time is very quick. I do recommend looking up some calibration settings to get the most out of the monitor. It has great color reproduction but the out of the box settings are a little washed out in my opinion. I have been playing all types of pc games since I have got this and they all look fantastic. I would definitely recommend this monitor for any serious pc gamer that doesn’t want to break the bank upgrading their setup Gave 4 stars because it has limited settings compared to other monitors, such as a gamma setting.

Colors are washed out but it’s great. Though sometimes there’s like a vertical magnify area to the left which can be fixed by simply turning off and on the monitor. Doesn’t happen often. Great for the price too.

I purchased this buying into the hype of gsnych with an NVIDIA card (I have a gtx1070). I originally bought one (on sale for $479). I liked it so much i went back and bought two more... Picture/colors are great.... Gsynch while gaming makes a huge difference. The only cons I have is that it's power button requires too much pressure and where it's located has you constantly having to readjust the monitor. And, when they go into power saving mode they don't always want to wake up (remedied by turning them off/on).... Has only happened a couple of times but, still a pain. Overall - great monitor and, best in class IMO at that price.

Bought monitor for my son he plays games on the computer and had not had a gaming monitor so this was a whole new world for him he loves it

The definition on this monitor is insane, even better by using gsync while gaming. PS: It doesnt have built-in speakers only an audio interface to connect the monitor.

This is one of the cheapest, if not THE cheapest you can get for a 27in 2k 144hz gsync monitor. It comes with a fatal flaw however, COLOR BANDING. It makes watching videos or looking at images look terrible. However, I tried a few games on it and it looked fantastic (Mad Max, Fallout 4, EA Battlefront). But I did read about others getting banding in dark scenes in certain games. It's a great monitor if it's only going to be used for browsing or brightly colored games, but since I don't have a TV and I only have space for one monitor, I would need a great all round monitor that looks good for videos while also being good for gaming. I decided to go for the pg279q, which will hopefully last me a couple years while I wait for 4k and 8k to become more mainstream.

This monitor is very nice, I personally like how thin the bezels are. The only complaint is that there is a slight bit of ghosting in bright areas when gaming.

Easily the most superb TN panel I've ever seen. It can't compete with the colors and contrast of IPS but that killer response time more than makes up

The monitor is very clear and the picture looks good. It is a great monitor for gaming. I would recommend it for someone looking for a monitor for gaming.

TLDR: Dead pixels, under 2 months old, DO NOT BUY. I ordered 2 of these during the Black Friday sale. $350 each was a great deal considering it has gsync. Within a week of set up, one of my screens had a dead pixel, so I returned it to the store and got a replacement. When I set up the replacement monitor I noticed one questionable pixel, but it disappeared so I kept it. Now, on my other (original) monitor, a dead pixel appeared. I've had this monitor less than 2 months, and have 2 faulty screens. Too late to return now, so I guess I have to go through Dell. I am not happy.

Really good monitor for the price. Blacks are a bit faded, but with a settings template I found online, that was drastically improved.
