Paired this monitor with a GTX 1070, love the high resolution and the 144 Hz; games look amazing as a result.

Affordable 1440p + G-sync + 144hz! Definitely a must buy when it's on sale. Grabbed it for $350! Make sure to wait when it's on sale.

1 ms response time with Gsync, can't ask for more. Picture looks great! I picked it up on sale for $429 during the holidays.

The display is phenomenal! The color, the clarity - the size! Actually looking for a 2nd one to go on sale to have two.

I bought this in store and love the quality of the picture and the Gsync. It does not have speakers (the associate sold me on SONOS which turned out to be a terrible idea for what I needed) and is smallish so I may be returning or using it as my second monitor. If you don't want a 34 inch monster and sound isn't an issue, it is fantastic. Beware, out of the box it took quite some time to calibrate color and adjust brightness and contrast for perfect picture. I also find the cord management annoying. They could have been hidden better but I'm nitpicking. I ended up going with the Samsung curved 34 and it is just hugely delightful even though I have a Nvidia graphics card and lose the gsync.

Got this on sale for $350 and it has performed exceptionally well. Slight color saturation especially compared to other panel types but overall a solid monitor

This is currently my primary display on my home computer setup which i use for everything from school stuff, youtube cat videos, and most critically gaming. I have it paired to a ASUS GTX 1080TI and haven't had a single hiccup since I've started running it. Colors are excellent, G-Sync/adaptive fast refresh rate makes a huge difference, particularly coming from a standard 60hz refresh 1080p screen of the same size. If this monitor falls within your budget I'd say it's a solid choice, the only caveat is that there are a large number of options out there particularly since freesync comparability is now a thing.

I purchased this monitor for gaming on my computer and hooked up with the supplied display port cable, I tied it into an Asus rtx 2080 card and wow, it autoconnected the gsync and I ran through some set up options and this monitor is nice, paired with a good graphics card, I have been running battlefield5, overwatch and cod bo4 at ultra on 119hz refresh rate (it states 144hz refresh just haven't tried max yet)and the games look amazing, I may pick up a second one. No lag or tearing issues so far.

I had a lot of requirements I was looking for in a monitor: a 1-5ms response time, 144hz+ refresh rate, 27” monitor, G-Sync preferable, 2k+ Resolution. With those requirements, it is very easy to get into the spendy end of displays—an $800 price tag is not unheard of for a monitor with those specs or better. This monitor hits all those marks while being reasonably affordable. The stand is sturdy, the bezels are incredibly thin. It’s a handsome monitor. That being said, this monitor has a fatal flaw—its power saving mode and DisplayPort appear to be entirely broken. When there’s no activity on the computer, the monitor goes into sleep mode, often well before the computer would go to sleep. Wiggling the mouse will not wake it. Pressing keys on the keyboard will wake it. Power cycling the monitor with the power button only sometimes works. Toggling the display input from HDMI to DisplayPort and back or vice versa sometimes works...but not always. Physically removing the video input and plugging it back in, or pulling the power plug and plugging it back in are the only guaranteed ways to restore video. I’ve searched online for fixes to this problem, and most suggest disabling power saving mode on the monitor. There’s only two problems: a) for me, that didn’t work. b) the only way to access the menu to disable power saving is to have a successful video input in the first place. If there’s no input, your only options are to switch input. Dell does not appear to have any solution to this problem—no firmware or replacement plan. For the trouble you’re better off looking for another monitor. It’s a shame because the monitor is a beauty when it works.

I upgraded from a Lenovo 1440p IPS monitor and was immediately blown away by the 144hz display. I can't say for sure how well the G-Sync works, as I haven't noticed any screen tearing, but since that's the intended purpose, I'd say it does work? My only complaint was that immediately, I noticed how much warmer the tones on this TN monitor were than my old IPS display. Don't think I'd use this panel for professional photo editing, but then again that's not its intended purpose. Besides that, everything else is good.

Need a new screen and this one is a very nice one the color is great and I have never had any trouble with it

Perfect for gaming and if upgrading from two 24 inchs, this 27 inch does make me feel like I don't need 2 screens when I'm everyday browsing.
