The monitor has been working pretty well with this graphics card so far. My son plays Overwatch, Rainbow 6 and LOL mostly and he is very happy with the monitor. I purchased it when it was on sale and value was great for QHD, 144 MHZ, and 1 ms response time monitor. I don't know how to check for the actual response time or frames per second, but I have no complaints yet.

Fast but fuzzy

Even when zipping the screen around while flying through Anthem, it looks beautiful. Having said that though, letters, small icons and even pictures all have a fuzzy edge around them quickly taking away from the fast refresh rate. I’m going back to my LG 27UK600. It is such a better monitor for almost half the price.

Here are the steps to run a monitor self test to ensure that everything is running smoothly: Your monitor provides a self-test feature that allows you to check whether the monitor is functioning properly. If the monitor and computer are properly connected but the monitor screen remains dark, run the monitor self-test by performing the following steps:
Turn off both your computer and the monitor.
Unplug the video cable from the back of the computer. To ensure proper Self-Test operation, remove all digital cables (DVI, HDMI or DisplayPort) from the back of the computer.
Turn on the monitor.
Turn off your monitor and reconnect the video cable: then turn on both your computer and the monitor.
If your monitor screen remains blank after you use the previous procedure, check your video card (GPU) and computer, because your monitor is functioning properly. You can read the full article here:

The hdmi is not 2.0 so if you want to get 144hz over hdmi it’s not going to happen. Soliution was to use a expensive usb 3.1 thunderbolt to display port cable from my laptop to monitor. Adds $30 to cost for me at least. The color on the monitor is pretty washed out. But very smooth and fluid gameplay. Was torn and ended up going with an lg that is gsync capable. For the $300 I paid for it there are better options
