I bought 3 of these! Great for gaming and just making things easier to navigate.

if you can get this cheap, you'll be happy. this is my 4th, and using 3 for surround gaming is actually useless, but I like having the option to show off to guests whenever their interested. generally 5 smidges brighter than what I'd prefer when not gaming, and that would be my only complaint. out of the box settings are amazing, no need to tinker with additional programs from sites like blur busters, just plug and game. (running this with a titan xp, so yeah, everything is pretty)

It’s a monitor that works.... there are a few problems when it sleeps but they can easily be fixed by turning it off and on again

The difference I experienced was night and day. If you are a gamer this is a must have!

Picture is clear, colors are vibrant (not HDR Vibrant but solid), and it performs well in every lighting setup it’s been placed in. It does occasionally have issues waking up after it has gone into power save mode but I just unplug the DisplayPort cable and plug it back in and that fixes everything. I got it for under $400, so definitely make sure you get it on sale or something like that.

Read a lot of reviews for Asus, Acer and this Dell model. To many bad Asus reviews for back light bleed and people having to get 3 or 4 monitors to get one good one. Acer was a little better but had issues as well. These Dell had some issues with certain versions of this model with power settings. The 2nd or 3rd runs were spot on. This monitor has been and is great so far. Color easy to adjust and 1440p detail looks wonderful.

I purchased this to enhance my gaming experience. It did not disappoint.

1440p with 144hz refresh rate is the best combo and you won’t be disappointed!

Great monitor for gaming if you can get it on sale.

Good value for the sale price. Thin bezels are good. Only concern is it blacks out and doesn’t receive input on a rare basis.

Very good 2k screen, very good picture and great for gaming.

Everything is crips and clear, no tearing when playing video games and with g-sync the quality is perfect, my one issue is that no where on the box or manual or dells website that it does not have built in speakers.. Ive heard that monitors usually have bad speakers but give the buyer a heads up. Other then that its great for the price, especially if its on sale

The Dell S2716DGR is a decent monitor for most uses. It delivers a great gaming experience thanks to the incredibly fast response time, low input lag, and G-SYNC variable refresh rate support. Unfortunately, it has a poor contrast ratio and terrible black uniformity, so it's not a good choice for use in a dark room, and like all TN monitors, the image degrades when viewed at an angle.

Screen is perfect. Excellent 144hz/120hz in all games. No problems setting up whatsoever. Not fussy or finicky. Dell monitors usually last the longest as well. I usually throw them out when they're 10+ years old and waaayyyy to dated like the old 4:3 ones dell originally made. I recommend this monitor when it is on sale for about $500 bucks! Goes on sale every so often. This is next level/pro gaming. Ska Dusch
