It is a decent product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You have to intall all this third party software to view video and photos, also the software on the disk felt like if it was a virus with malware and spyware. it is a very unsecure progam. I dont thing anybody should put the software on their computer, but the hardware itself is great.

Cord is thick so a little awkward, but maybe thickness is needed or sturdier? Bought because on sale and didn't notice it is usb2. Want it to dupe family dvds and I suspect usb2 will be slow..but that's on me, not a product defect
