Not slamming the brand, mine might have just been a lemon. Best Buy accepted the return no problem, so kudos for them.

Use older technology with new

I looked to update the driver and it said I already had the most up to date driver. Uninstalled the software that came with, that didn't work, even tried burning it through Windows media player, Tried 3 different brands of discs, no go.....Waste of money.

Spoke to Dell, and despite the product description stating it is Win10 compatible, clearly such is not always the case. Dell advised me to return the product to the store where I purchased the item.

Had to return first one, (easy process albeit a headache to have to do it), the drive just spun with grinding noises without reading disk.
