    This product worked exactly as advertised. All I had to do is plug the included cable into my laptop, a message screen popped up asking what did I want to do, I clicked on my choice, inserted a cd and off it went. Very easy to use

    I built a new computer and the new case had no bay for a DVD writer/reader so was forced to get an external drive. I shopped around on line and read some reviews and decided on the Dell drive and it has performed as expected and that is what I needed,

    Newer laptops nowadays don't have a dvd/cd drive. This was easy to install and now I can watch my dvds. Yay!

    Outstanding product that did exactly what I wanted it to. I bought an All-in-One PC from Best Buy as well, and I didn’t realize until I got home that it didn’t have disc drive. This portable disc drive is able to act as a CD/DVD drive for my PC. I’m grateful for this product, for sure.

    Transferring all my CD's into I-Tunes on my new laptop (that does not have a dive). Worked for what I needed it to do. The drive gets a little touchy at times-didn't want to work-then after several attempts it would work again. Very light weight & almost "flimsy" feeling, but I was able to transfer over 700 CD's so can't complain about the end result. All-in-all it did what I needed it to do with only mild glitches.

    Use the DVD play on a trip with our granddaughters. The device worked very nicely as they enjoyed watching movies by using it. Small, light, easy to take along. A good buy for us.
