It worked when I hooked it up to my computer. When I purchased it, the customer service on the live chat was excellent and they helped me get the product I needed.

Great product and it was plug and play. I had a DVD drive go bad and this was the fastest resolution. Price is good and worked as soon as I plugged it in.

performs as advertised. ive had it a few months with weekly not daily use. I don't know if it will last a long time or not. it was very inexpensive, so if it craps out, I'll look for a more heavy duty one.

I love this disc drive. It is easy to set up, works great, and is pretty durable (I have been traveling with it for almost a year now).
