Great little device. Easy to install and setup. Great service as always by BEST BUY employees.

It did exactly what I needed it to do. It was plug and play with no hassles. Tried to play a Blu-ray disc, but unfortunately it is not Blu-ray compatible. Other than that, it is the perfect extension to a computer which has no CD drive.

Great if you need to play a dvd on a computer with no DVD drive or if you want to download a new program from a DVD.

With today’s devices not having input devices and streaming is the main transfer of data, this is a inexpensive way to have a usb connected disc devise

I was very satisfied with the Dell DVD player I purchased.

I bought this at Best Buy while away from home going to school. It works great and is easy to pack for traveling (Not Bulky).

I often borrow DVDs from my library, and this little player is great for watching movies on my laptop. It is lightweight and has seen some abuse (oops, it fell to the floor...more than once!) but performs perfectly regardless. Very sturdy and reliable for my needs.

bought this because don,t need a disc all the time and to get a drive in my refurbished tough book they wanted $395.00 so this is a good deal

Slim tiny item needed when your laptop does not have DVD reader/writer. I tested this once, so far worked with no issues.

I bought this to install a game I received as a gift because I did not have a disk drive in my pc. This was a very convenient option that allowed me to achieve my goal without having to install and connect an internal disk drive.

Its lightweight, unobtrusive, and works flawlessly. It connected right away to my Lenovo laptop and hasn't given me a single hint of a problem. It was a great purchase.

I didn't realize until I brought the two Computers home, since I purchased to identical PCs; But that is when I realized that there was no DVD Drive on the Computer, so I had to go back to Best Buy and purchase an External DVD Drive.

As a teacher whose laptop doesn't have a disc drive and who has to use cds in language teaching, I would be lost without it.

Quick and easy plug n play. Seems to work just fine so far. Havent had a chance to use it too much but cant complain yet. not used to extrnal drives not already on laptops
