easy to use

It has a one-year parts and labor warranty, but that is useless - Dell just gave me the runaround and kept telling me to call the same number, and when I do that they just tell me to call that number again. I'm done - Dell service completely sucks and they have no desire to honor their warranty. I gave this two stars because I was at least able to use it for 10 months.

I was definitely scared using it because I thought it was either going to explode, eat my cd, or crash my laptop. I am returning due to the noise, but if you don’t mind that.. then it works

I was told they aren't made any longer. The employee suggested I purchase the Dell Slim DVD+/-RW Drive - Plug & Play, that I can plug into my current laptop. Happy with that!
