Dell support for drivers and live support is non-existent and was told I needed to go to a dell store to get the support I need. the person I spoke to was not coherent and never shut up to listen to the issue I had with the dvd device. Basically I'm stuck with a device that I paid for and cannot use. `Once again Dell fails with customer support.

I get a message it is a bad disc. All other disc's I have burned with another driver work perfectly. How would I know if it is the Recorder or something else??
