It did what it's supposed to do. If you have old programs and need a CD to install on a new computer, I recommend this device.

I had tried other brands of external dvd drives for my msi laptop, but kept having compatibility issues. The Dell dvd drive worked like a charm, first time. Absolutely no issues, whisper quiet, exactly what I was looking for. Two thumbs way up!

I recently got a laptop without a disc drive and wanted something primarily for uploading my old cd collection because I am a dinosaur. That is all that I've used it for so far but it has worked perfectly. No issues at all.

I have a customize gaming mid-tower, most of the mid-size tower doesn’t have slot for the internet cd-rom drive. Pretty much, every is mostly digital. Still, I needed for something.

This was not as complicated to use as I would have thought.

As newer computers do not come with drives anymore, and my business requires me to make DVD copies for customers, this was a great addition to my windows 11 computer!

I upgraded my Dell laptop and now no cd drive. Needed to upload and install old software and this external cd drive works great for that. Have not burned any cd's yet so can't review on that. Much less expensive than buying all new software!

This is a nice portable DVD player. I am able to use with both a windows laptop and a Macbook. It seems to be well made and durable.

Bought this for my mother to download photo's from her phone. It's easy for her to use and she doesn't have to worry about losing her photo's

Nice product, Works like any other CD player. Good quality. Only issue I had to buy another 4 plug component for my HDMI cables. My Dell computer didn't have enough of those outlets. All is very good.

This super easy to use - just plug it in, insert disc, and use. I do history and some old books are on discs - no problem with an old computer that had it inside, but now an extra cost for external. It is very easy to use.
