Good for the money

Greate External DVD

Does the trick

This external drive did the trick...quick set-up, portable and does the trick as to playing & burning cds. A bit cheap plastic housing but not concerned as it works well and the price was right.

Dell - 8x External USB DVD±RW/CD-RW Drive - Black

I used it to install some old software on CDs it worked well and also transferring music from CDs worked well too.
