DELL external DVD drive

I am VERY pleased with the DELL. It is easy to use, the latch to open the DVD tray works easily. When played the DVDs are than clearer than on the previous device. I highly recommend this product.

Rarely need one, but this was on sale for about 1/2 price and is a quality product. Have some older software on a disc and also load music CDs sometimes. Is plug and play.

I have a vast collection of CDs and having the ability to record them as mp3s onto my laptop allows me to then transfer my music to my mp3 players. I've used Dell technology for years and they have yet to let me down.

Great product for DVDs and CDs.

The product is easy to use. You just plug it into your laptop computer and it is ready for use. I mainly wanted this product so I can download CDs into my iTunes library which I am able to do now with this product. Additionally, I am now able to watch DVDs on my laptop computer with this product. I high recommend this product!

But for the price, it a good buy

The set up was simply to connect to USB port. It took one or two reboots before Windows 11 would fully recognize it, but after that, everything went smoothly.
