It also goes with my new Macbook Pro, which has nothing, and it's lightweight and plug-and-play. Granted it's a pretty simple device, but it does what it's supposed to well.

Unexpected bargain

This is my first time without a built-in external drive, so having the ability to download the old-fashioned way every now and then has been good for the price. I even have co-workers borrowing the external device from me!

Good DVD Reader/Writer - Especially for the Money

DVD Drive - Must Have

I still have some programs that have a DVD disc, and this works perfectly. Easy to use, and small enough to tuck away in a drawer until you need it.

Great drive for laptop

And what's even better is that I got it on sale and paid less than I would have at Dell. This does all I need it to do.

The DVD drive is slim and easy to store, doesn't take up too much space. Highly recommend if you need an external DVD +/RW Drive.
