Got notified it was ready for pickup and went the following day. This will be handy since it's external and I can use it on a couple of my machines.

Dell DVD externsl Read/write

I was relieved when all i had to do was plug it in and it was ready with nothing else to do. My newest computer purchase has no DVD drive at all so this was a grest purchase. Works wonderfully
