Dell makes a quality product!

I can continue to use my old MS Office, which was quite expensive back in the day, but still has all the features I need without upgrading.

Cord was supposed to come with it, but was missing. No big deal for me as I had an extra one to fit. I could play, install and burn dvd's to and from my computer. Overall pleased with player/writer as it accomplishes my needs.
