    Very happy to get this disc drive for my new Dell desktop computer. It was needed right away and the local Best Buy had it in stock. Cyberlink software disc included.

    Newer laptops nowadays don't have a dvd/cd drive. This was easy to install and now I can watch my dvds. Yay!

    SO easy! Simply plug in and voila- watch your DVD. I ordered from the store while I was there, received it within days, and watched my DVD within minutes. Thank you, Best Buy.

    This external DVD/CD Rewriter drive works very well. Many of the new computers do not come with a DVD/CD Rewriter optical drive, installed. This is a great solution to that problem.

    This was exactly what I needed to copy my dvd’s to a flash drive on my Mac Computer. I bought an expensive tool and I could never get it to work. This was excellent.

    This disc drive does super well for my desktop and laptop computers which don’t have their own. I haven’t had any problems and I got a good deal on it.

    Glad to find this portable device for my new laptop. I do not store my photos on the cloud so this works for me for family research photos, my art work and the large number of slides which I have converted to storage disks. My photos and art span over 50 years of visuals so that's quite a bit of digital information. It's light and easy to set up.

    This product worked exactly as advertised. All I had to do is plug the included cable into my laptop, a message screen popped up asking what did I want to do, I clicked on my choice, inserted a cd and off it went. Very easy to use

    I built a new computer and the new case had no bay for a DVD writer/reader so was forced to get an external drive. I shopped around on line and read some reviews and decided on the Dell drive and it has performed as expected and that is what I needed,
