Needed to download the disc for my new printer. The online install failed to work because it keep interrupting the internet. This was the same price as purchasing help, but is a better value since I can use it whenever it is needed (like games on disc).

A good external USB DVD/CD Player/Writer

It was easy to setup on the laptop being recognized automatically and installed by Windows 10. The external drive worked as in the product description. It operates quietly and efficiently. I am pleased with my purchase of this device.
