I ordered online after maneuvering exceptionally simple to use BB website. Easy to compare prices, check specs, etc. Picked up product (curbside!) within 2 days. Awesome! Great EDD!

I'm old school and still like playing CD music--especially older music--and transferring the files to my phone. This EDD does exactly what I need it to do and it was a great price. Thanks, Best Buy!

Need a drive to use CDs.

Unfortunately, not many new laptops have the drive. When I told the salesman, he suggested this.

Most everything these days come as a download or on a USB but when you really need a disk drive but, when you need a disk drive this on e performs great.

It is a little noisy, but not as bad as some other ones. It seems to work well so far and hope it continues to do so. I do recommend it.
