Good product, works as advertised and able to run the video we needed.

The Del- USB DVD/RW Drive- Plug and Play is extremely convenient. The price for this item is great and it is easily compatible if you need to carry it around to use with your laptop or other USB-compatible devices. It doesn't get hot like most disk drives after being used for a while. It comes with a USB cord that connects to the disk drive. This is also great and is compatible with all/most desktop computers and devices. I purchased one to play DVDs and play disk games on my desktop Dell-Microsoft 24" Touchscreen All-In-One desktop computer and it works well with that as well as my MacBook Air. I highly recommend this product.

No problems with this unit. Did exactly what I needed it for. I purchased it with the new HP All in One desk top in order to load some of my software which are still on disk. Worked absolutely perfectly.

This little external DVD Player works great with my new Dell laptop. You will need to install the proper software in newer laptops.

If you have a new system, then you missing the CD -DVD drive. So, the problems solved. whit this product you can use the CD - DVD you have and also you can burn CD_DVD if you needed. its a compact and easy to use.

I got a new gaming laptop on black Friday.. the laptop has no disk drive, so I got this gem of a drive.. I THINK it burns cd's, but it loaded my my flight simulator X disks PERFECTLY...**note** THIS IS NOT A COMPUTER... ITS A USB DVD DRIVE!!!

Alot of desktops or laptops don't come with drives. Not surprising, so this little external drive works great! Inexpensive, and does the job without any loud noises or lag. It served a purpose and now will sit quietly on a shelf until it is, once again, called back into service.

I originally had an LG external DVD player but the dell option was so much better for my computer. Runs smoothly and is easy to set up. Great price and amazing service with Best Buy. I recommend getting the 2 year plan with Best Buy in case anything happens.

This CD / DVD player was a real inexpensive way to avoid spending big money to get the built-in player on my HP laptop fixed.

It is lite and compact. The DVD drive runs smooth and quiet. Not much more to say than it performs as expected for a good price.

Most laptops thesr days don't came with a CD/DVD drive. This fills that need. Easy to use. Many uses of this for both CD's and DVD's. Love being able to transfer old discs to my laptop.
