I needed to rip some video of a training program to send to other coworkers. The drive worked well and fairly quickly. Met all my epectations and the price was right.

Since I don’t use this feature much, my technician thought this would be the Best Buy. Works great and is very light weight.

This one said it was...got a good price, and it does what I expect it to do. I haven't used it too much, but every time it is needed, it works great.

Picked this up locally at my Best Buy store and it's worked perfectly (without needing drivers) on my Windows 10 laptop.

I purchased this so my teenagers could watch movies on their laptops on a long drive. This was the perfect purchase! It was easy to operate and made my kids happy!

Does everything that a built in drive would do, and does it well. Looks nice, runs quiet. Highly recommend this piece if you need an external optical drive.

The other DVD drives did not come with software at all.

Bought this and problem solved. Works great!! So glad I’m still able to view my photos and put in my music cds
