Once I realized it I went back to the store. The CSR suggested I get this. I have used it several times with no issues. Well worth the money.

Dell portable dvd drive

Nice external drive

The computer doesn’t have internet so we can only copy data from drive and play music. I would like to be able to copy data off the internet to drive and move data. I am not sure if lack of internet is the reason we can’t move data off the computer.

Works Great

Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is it is a pretty simple device that just does what it is supposed to do - nothing exceptional but still nice to have it work as epxected
