A little noisy as is plastic rather than meal exterior. Works fine so far. New computer has no drive and like to listen to books on cd.

Simple and Does What I needed

The disc drawer hangs every time I open it and have to give it a nudge to open past it but does what I needed it to do. I simply plugged it in and used it.

Handy for an old school rip or burn

I do IT support, and every so often I need to burn something or copy old software off a disc. Couldn't beat the price for my needs.

This product not only does that but will also allow me to burn backups of my data. Inexpensive and very easy to use. Plug and play.
