Good Mid Tier Gaming Laptop

That might be a con for some people, but with this weight you know it will be stable while you are playing. The keyboard is fine and the like that it was backlight. The trackpad was very small. It takes some getting used to. Works well with most of my games but it does struggle at higher performance settings. Note, this only comes with 8GB of memory and I would recommend to bumb it up to 16GB. The graphics were pretty spectacular even on the low settings, no complaints there. The speakers are slightly better than most laptops that are out there, but I would still prefer to use my headphones. The webcam is pretty crappy quality, so make a note of that if you are thinking of taking meetings on this laptop in addition to your gaming. Battery life is decent, when gaming I was able to play for a couple of hours before the battery died on me. There are no thermal issues since the fans constantly come on, even during light usage, but they are very quiet and you really don't notice them. This is a very good budget/mid tier gaming laptop, but I wouldn't use this for a work from home option.
