I also wanted a little more so that they could get games for X-mas and play them. This seems like it can handle so much. The associate was so much. Showed me a list of comps that could play the game I was looking at, showed me a list by price and broke down the benefits and the 2 that were in my range.

It is has only 8GB ram (another free slot, so can be upgraded) and one SSD slot only this is slightly inconvenient.

After it finally powers back on a blue screen comes up that says Windows needs to be loaded.

I was able to purchase it while it was on sale for over $200 off. Nothing else in this price point came close. I would definitely recommend.

The only way to use it is to have it plugged in at all times. Wish I had the store turn it on to make sure it worked before taking it home. If you don't know how to fix a computer, make sure to have the store open it and check it before walking out with it. Beside Best Buy selling something that was broken. The specs for this system makes it still a useful laptop to get.
