This is the first Dell I have ever bought wnd it will be the last. Poorly made, heavier than its counterpart-Acer Nitro- and less quality. Definitely do not reccomend

I have never left a negative review about anything but I couldn't let this one slide. Bought 2 of these for my kids because they do half their school work via virtual school. They didn't start using them until school started, which put me outside of the return window. Go figure. The laptops get stuck in a BitLocker recovery mode. They just keep crashing from doing simple tasks like using Google Chrome or Edge. They are complete garbage. It is amazing to me that you can sell consumers 800$ machines that can't do simple tasks like run Google Chrome. Insane. The crazy thing is I could've just bought a 199$ laptop / chrome book that probably do what it was built to do, you know like successfully run an application. Imagine that, buying a product and it doing what it says it can do.

Its connection to wifi is non existent. I was connected to the same wifi as my old laptop and getting 1/8 the speed. I called and inquired about it and had people remote into my new laptop to tey to fix it. They couldn't. This brand new laptop had worse connection to wifi than my 4 year old laptop that randonly died and wouldnt boot. Support told me nothing was wrong with my laptop even though it was so slow I couldn't use it. I asked about sending it back to get it fixed or replaced since it was 2 days old and they said we can't do anything there's nothing wrong with it.

Bought 2, both crashed

Then out of nowhere one day, it wouldn't boot up. Keyboard and fan worked, but the screen was completely black. I took it to Geek Squad and they were not able to fix it or recover my information. I traded it in for another one and had the exact same issue two weeks later. These laptops have some serious issues; would not recommend. I no longer trust Dell, I am going to another brand.

It was working fine in the beginning - I was excited to have such a great machine - and then one day it just wouldn't turn on. I took it in and there was an internal problem with laptop (and there had been several with internal problems that had been submitted). They had to send it in and it was gone for the entire month. Well, it's worked for a month and guess what? Same problem. Again. I do NOT recommend purchasing this machine.
