Not the best

A week later it had issues with a software upload. I brought it to Geek Squad and they resolved the issue. In January we had the same issue and I had to bring it back to Geek squad. February the computer was not powering on. 3rd time bringing it to Geek squad and was advised the motherboard is not functioning. Since I bought the protection plan 1 week after I purchased the laptop it did not receive the 2 year warranty and was referred to Dell. Not happy.

No more gaming for me

I’ve given up at this point. Had the motherboard replaced and still black screen upon start up or will loop restart

I Will never get a Dell laptop

In the long run I had many technical problems with it. After guarantee finished, could not repair it, just gave it away. Do not recommend it.

A Eight Hundred Dollar Brick

The computer is a brick now brand new. never again would I buy anything that is spelled with a D-E-L-L.

Poor quality

Have run the machine a total of under ten times. Checked connections and cables. Troubleshooting machine with a reset… no dice. The power cord working. Laptop is dead. All ports ok. Called Dell and they are replacing motherboard. For a five month old machine only used a handful of times I’m clearly disappointed.

Great unless you’re dumb

Best Gaming Laptop

I have played Counter-Strike Online Studio (Nexon/Steam), Zelda Breath Of The Wild for PC, and GTA V on this laptop, mirror the screen on my 60” TV. I would say it is awesome!

I bought this at a clearance open box...

While there was a value in the price I bought it in there unfortunately is an issue with the GPU, even with updates it would constantly overheat and cause stuttering in gaming. Even short gaming sessions still causes issue.

I’ve had it for about 13 months and it’s a paper weight. I wouldn’t buy from Dell again or Best Buy. I tried all the fixes suggested and now it’s outside of warranty by a month.

Read before buying!

Too bad, I was upgrading from a dell that performs flawlessly Tom this day. Unfortunately, at the time of this review, I am boxing up yet again a second unit in under 30 days. The error is a hardware malfunction as per user materials. The screen is black, with the keyboard light up, but nothing beyond that. Just not dependable if I have to return 2 for bricking after minor use. This has been both inconvenient and time consuming. So I’ll have to pay for data transfer service or geek squad if I want to retain any of my data saved to the “ no way would this happen twice’ laptop. Not a great experience. BB probably got a bad lot.
