For being an open box item best buy did keep it in really good condition, when I bought it. It said excellent, but there was a lot of pen markings on the laptop.

Otherwise absolutely loving the laptop a little bigger than expected.

Really good for the price

I have an actual PC, but was wanting something for my SO to use from time to time to join on a few games. The video quality is significantly better than expected. Along with the audio quality being pretty decent too. My biggest concern with these laptops is overheating, but we have not had any issues at all. I am very impressed and will consider another purchase when this one is outdated.

Worth every penny

I use this to run a tabletop video setup for ttrpg games and it works flawlessly. I did add more memory and a larger SSD but that was personal preference even with the original configuration it ran live maps with multiple other applications open without a hitch. Highly recommend.

It went on sale and the first time, I was too late and missed the sale. The second time one of the reps told me it was going back on sale. Received it and I can say as I always say, Dell is the best. This is my second dell and I am sure it will last as long as the first Dell as it is still being used some 8 yrs later.

Mostly use it for Stream games and it works like a charm. Of course, my last laptop was about 10 yrs old, so that probably says it all. I dont think this is the best laptop for hardcore gamers, but it does well what I need it to do. For a budget computer, it is a keeper.
