Biggest one being that even though I've had it for less than a year, it stopped powering on. Then I couldn't even get the screws out because they weren't put in right at the factory! So I couldn't even get the hard drive out to save my data. Sent it into Dell and it took a month, which was terrible because it put me behind in school. Then they deleted all of my data. I would never buy another Dell again!
