Laptop has been lightly used for just over a year and completely died today randomly. Warranty is only 1 year. Absolute waste of money.

I am hoping as the days go by it will get easier for me. I do like a challenge. The store staff were very helpful. Don and Ricky the techs that came to my house to later set up the the other part of my were great. Definitely an asset to Best Buy !!

The battery life is quite low, around 2 hours at best. Additionally, the dedicated memory for the graphic card is 128MB. That said, since I often plug in my laptop most of the time (as did my previous Dell laptop), the battery life doesn't fully bother me. I would recommend this to someone looking for an affordable laptop and doesn't mind the short battery life.

It runs somewhat louder than my previous laptop. But it was easy for me to set up to my liking, I am not very computer literate. I like Dell products.
