We are sorry to hear you had difficulties connecting your Dell G15 5511 to your VR device and ultimately decided to return it. Below I have provided an article to reference in the future to help resolve this issue. We do recommend disconnecting the computer from the Internet (WiFi or Ethernet) before launching virtual reality (VR) games to play. As for the battery performance problem, I have given you a link to an article to help resolve that as well.

Other than that a solid purchase
