New computer. Set-up managed by non geek person ok

Thought I was setting up existing account—but wasn’t. Finally bought MS Office package with Outlook and set up with existing email account. Wouldn’t be as confusing if you are more comfortable with computers. Works well now.

Decent performance for demanding programmes

It works pretty well for that and runs her programmes and plug-ins without any problems. 4 stars because it does have occasional sound glitches that are manageable but undesirable in a brand new machine
