Fast and efficient laptop. Extremely light as well.

Great laptop fast and easy to use great for school projects

Got this on a sale and couldn’t pass it up for the price my son uses it to game on. The only complaint is it runs hot and the fans are loud but it’s to be expected otherwise no complaints great buy.

I know this is a gaming computer but I got this for video editing. It has everything I need on it. I highly recommend it. Remember the battery life is not great since it is a gaming computer. I knew this before buying it. Just know all gaming computer battery life is not great.

I was a bit skeptical , but this laptop is great. It works great just watching videos on youtube. But also works great for games. You will need to plug in the power to get best performance. The only thing I would say about this laptop that is bad, is the screen can be a bit dim at times.

Needed laptop quick; got great deal from store on open box. Called, they checked it out for me on the phone and verified it was in great shape. A bit later drove over, got it hand delivered to my car right away. Well built laptop and fantastic job by Best Buy!

Bought it open box, and it has been a great laptop, BUT the hinge is cracking and popping off. Looking at Dell forums, it is clear that this is a design flaw, and many others are running into this issue. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER. Also, I was upsold Geek squad coverage when I purchased this computer. When it came time to use it, Geek Squad said they would require the computer for 3 weeks for shipping & repair, which was not mentioned by the Best Buy sales rep at the time.

We bought this laptop because of the nonglare screen. Having weighed the things that were important to us, the glare from previous laptops was horrible. We love the screen - also, anytime you get a new computer, it runs so much more efficiently than the one before it.

I am currently pursuing Masters in Computer Science, I required one laptop with GPU support to run my Machine Learning and Big Data related applications and fortunately I got this Laptop. Till now No issues apart from a bit heating sometimes. Great value product.

I've had this laptop for about a month now and have no complaints about how it runs my games. I will say I only gave it a 4/5 on Ease of Use because of all the bloatware I had to remove and some of it was a pain to remove. All said and done It's a fantastic PC.

I was looking for a laptop that I can use for personal and business. This laptop is more than I expected! It is very fast! So far, I am extremely happy with this purchase!

Pretty happy so far, no issues. Wish Dell had opted to give the type c the ability to trickle charge the laptop, but still pretty normal.

I just bought this laptop for school and gaming. So far I have been able to run games from black ops III to battlefield V on maximum settings and it had zero issues running them. Black ops III was averaging 120 frames on ultra settings.

this machine has all the features to be an every day laptop and has enough memory speed clearness of picture to function as a gaming laptop the backlit keyboard is a plus.

Computer is awesome just had some white screen pressure punctures on the top right corner of the screen.
