Great laptop. But wish the screen was a bit brighter. Very powerful for gaming and handles it well!

This is the fastest and smoothest computer Ive ever had. No lag time and the colors are amazing. I am using it for photography and video editing mostly. My husband is the gamer and he loves it as well.

I recently bought this to do some school work and possibly some gaming in my down time. I have only had the opportunity to do some light school work so far and the battery life on this is so much worse than I excepted. One of my primary reasons for buying this was reading in other reviews that I may be able to get somewhere between 3-5 hours in off the charger. This was not the case. Now I understand that this is a gaming laptop and it's not meant for long haul lap experiences, but I couldn't even squeeze out more than 2 hours on a full charge in the max battery saver mode. This was doing nothing but light browsing. I called Dell support multiple times and followed the procedures that they gave me to ensure that the battery is set up for maximum effectiveness. After a few days of monitoring I called back and was told that I shouldn't expect more than an 1 1/2 hours of battery life because this is a "three cell battery". Tread lightly with this model and if you are using it, except to keep it plugged in a majority of the time.

Well base on my observation this product are awesome i like it very much"it works very well .the performance of my laptop and quality are great !So I would say " Im g Will recommend this product with my all friends !

Good product seems to work fine so far as well as the price is ok, kids love it for gaming

It’s a gaming laptop, but I’m using it for music production. I can’t tell you about gaming, but I can say it does its job pretty good for what I’m using it for. There are only 2 things I can think of as a subtraction, #1, the “C” pad on the keyboard fell off the first day using it, I snapped it back on. And #2, in hindsight I should have bought the version with the Unbuntu O.S. instead of Microsoft Windows 10. Otherwise, it’s a pretty good laptop.

I needed a replacement laptop in a pinch, which is not the way I like to buy them, but for an off the shelf machine, this one is put together very well. Very impressive performance for the price!

This is an awesome little laptop that can run majority of games in very good quality. I'm glad I made this purchase and I have no issues with this laptop so far

I bought this computer from Best Buy and I’m very happy I did. Alienware control panel doesn’t work but I think that might be a bios glitch but games work great and with good graphics. Worth it to buy.

This is a awesome product but of course it’s a dell product super fast speed down loads so fast in seconds finally a laptop that does what it claims

this laptop is a great option not just for gamers! Content creators can that require powerful GPU can take advantage of this powerful hardware while saving costs compared to the XPS15 for example

Good gaming laptop to play games on when I have to go out of town will play most games out on the market with ease. It goes on sale a lot to make it good deal for the price

I looked long and hard for a laptop that could keep up with my multitasking and being an IT student and needing a lot of storage and memory, this was the ideal computer. Couldn't be happier!

I got this laptop 1yr and 4mo ago and it's falling apart. I have not dropped it or treated it poorly in any way, I take very good care of my belongings. The hinge to open the laptop is cracked and every time I go to close the laptop it makes a huge cracking noise and I have to snap the hinge back into place so it is not ajar. This happens every single time I open/close the laptop. Additionally, the border of the laptop screen is pulling away on the bottom more and more over time. Apparently this is a huge issue that many, many buyers are facing with this model of the laptop and Dell will not cover any of it under warranty.

This computer works great for me! I use creative cloud apps and works flawlessly. Keep in mind in a beginner so this may be different for those looking to do heavier work.

Had it for a year now it's great! Not a problem yet always performs excellent. I'm use it daily working from home now. Love it. It was a bit pricey but I got it on sale .
