The screen would flash as though something was not connected properly. Likely just my specific unit being defective but left a bad taste in my mouth. Worked well when it worked.

2. Run the automated tools provided in the SupportAssist tool
3. Run a complete hardware diagnostic test
4. Scan your computer for malware
