Poor Choice for a Gaming Laptop

Most videos were not able to play due to the audio system being faulty. Second, simple programs crash; Cricuit, internet browsers, Funimation, Steam...any games played via Steam. I attempted to return it, GeekSquad convinced me it just "needed to be cleaned up" thinking it was a corrupted update file. I should have just returned it when I had the chance, but now I've suffered through it nearly a year and there is nothing that can be done. Still crashing games, browsers and failing to install updates. Do not buy!

After using it 3 times the mouse started behaving erratically, constantly moving itself to the bottom of the screen, rendering it useless. It occurs with and without an external mouse and is obviously a problem with the laptop.

I figured a gaming pc would be perfect and strong. I set it up in my office and the sound card is bad. I wish I had time to bring it back to Best Buy to get it fixed.
