Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PLEASE NOTE : I PURCHASED THIS PC FROM DELL - Dell will only allow you to review their products on their website IF THEY INVITE YOU, THEY HAVE NOT INVITED ME. THIS IS BLATANT CENSORSHIP AND REVIEW CHERRY PICKING. I strongly recommend against this PC. I bought this computer very shortly after its release, just over a year ago. Right off the bat, I was not impressed. It ran games OK, But generally it leaves a lot to be desired. Multiple times, the computer has had boot issues, and been sent for repair. At one point dell said they couldn't repair it, only to send it back after promising me a equal or better product. (by the third or fourth time it went for repair the lid had some distinct scratches on it confirming when I got my "replacement" that it was just my original PC" After the last round of repairs, was returned with a dead pixel and permanent gouges in the plastic of the screen. Support from dell has generally been extremely weak, With generally days of flat out yelling at someone to make any form of progress. I will not buy dell ever again.

Mislead and overallly disgusted

However I did buy this "gaming" laptop for playing a certain game. This is NOT a gaming laptop. In fact the only thing this "gaming" laptop will play well is solitaire. It is an expensive laptop for playing just solitaire. It crashes, won't upgrade when it is needed and generally is the worst Dell I ever had. In fact Dell has always been a favorite of mine but this is truly horrible and pointless piece of electronics. They should be ashamed of themselves claiming this as a gaming laptop when it doesn't have enough anything to play normal games. Thankfully I had been leasing to purchase. I have cancelled the lease and sending it back. Shame on Dell!

Not what I expected(Disappointed)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely disappointed I bought the product and experienced a problem with the lcd screen so I took it back to best buy and waited 3 days to recieve a brand new one again but unfortunately getting the new laptop still didn't help my problem. When booting up the laptop I can see what appears to be backlight bleeding and its not hard to see at all especially when darker images come out. I encourage anyone getting this product to go for the warranty. Getting my money back.
