I used my laptop for everything from gaming to work and cruising the internet. There are a few times that the laptop pauses for a moment "while thinking", but overall I am happy with the presentation, gameplay (no trouble there) and ease of use. And I love the colored keyboard!

I just uh a computer 3 weeks ago. I give for My son at his birth day. I hear about my friend he say that products very good plays for study& play game. That why I bought that computer for My son.

Bought it for my grandson for Christmas and he loves it, it's fast, and the key board changes colors which makes people take a second look at it. Everyone had asked where we bought it and I proudly say best buy

Loved it and it worked so well. You can customize the LED lighting and the computer is so much quicker than my old computer, which makes coding and software so much easier! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Great Machine my Big Son uses this for Online classes and you know gaming on his spare time. This machine works great and can handle games really good. I would recommend this machine.

I bought this to use as a mobile VR station for my Oculus quest. First, this laptop is not supported by Oculus for the quest. I was informed that AMD Cpu's/GPU's take way longer than Intel CPU's to get added. No matter what I tried, it did not work. I tested It with FarCry 5 and it averaged 55 fps on ultra and 77 fps on high. It's not a bad laptop, but it's very limited at the moment due to AMD support just not being there for this mobile Ryzen CPU. Once more support from both gaming companies and AMD comes out, it will be a much better purchase. I ended up returning this for an Asus Laptop which runs everything I wanted and only cost 100 bucks more.

Thumbs down returning this item backlight only worked once hard to maneuver it is heavy and bulky nothing special trust me old version too

Performance was great if I could've kept it cooler. Took too much tweaking to cool it down and that still wasn't enough.

I just bought this laptop and it gets great reviews. Every media review says this is the best budget laptop to buy. But its got a hidden issue. It shuts down. Out of nowhere and its not because of overheating. My main game is almost 5 years and runs and looks great, but it should not be very taxing on the hardware. But I have on multiple occasions have been shut down in the middle of game play. No warning, nothing. Just shuts down and restarts. Its not an over heating issue (though it runs hot) Its happened 5 min after turning it on. I also run a cooling mat and that did not help. Its very upsetting because the specs, price, everything about this computer seem great. It just will not stay on. If you search Reddit and other forums, you will see this is an issue. Please look elsewhere. Mine is going back to Best Buy as defective.

If you want to go online shopping, and play minesweeper, get this laptop. If you were hoping to do some gaming, do NOT by any means get this laptop. Over heats, will burn your finger tips off over heats, shuts down (i guess that's better than it combusting?), I've bought 3 different cooling pads, cooling vacuums, that sort of help, maybe (?) but then its really not a very mobile set up and you might as well just get a gaming PC... The design is awful, bulky, outdated and just awful. The vents are positioned in the back and has a grid covering the vents obstructing the very much needed air flow, and on top of the because the bottom of the screen has a curve even the screen blocks the vents! Waste of money, if your thinking about buying this just set the money on fire, but if you need a space heater for the winter this will do it.

This gaming laptop is a big improvement over my older one. It's perfect for gaming and office work. The AMD RX 5600 M 6GB gpu has been performing excellent and the laptop was a good price.

This laptop punches well above it's price with the Ryzen 7 and RX5600m falling somewhere in between a comparably priced gtx1650 and a much more expensive rtx2050. My only complaint is that it runs a bit on the hot side even with the gaming mode on which causes the fans to run at 100%. A simple $35 cooling pad brought the temps down to about 70°C running in 1080 on high graphics at 70 fps. If your are there kind of person that wants your gaming laptop to look like a gaming laptop you will be disappointed but if your are an adult that still games this thing looks much more professional. I'd even go do far as to say it looks cheap and old but it's performance is anything but cheap and old.

I’ve only had it for a month but Would have given 5 stars but I’ve had to reset the bios for backlight the keyboard a few times. Also had issues with the high def audio. These issues were probably caused by the windows updates though.

Good gaming computer for my needs (Skyrim, Mass Effect, Fallout, Dragon Age, etc). Only negative is that when i put it to "sleep," it doesn't always want to wake up without a hard reboot.

Love this laptop. It is exactly what I was looking for to play games on and also be able to do everyday life jobs. But I highly recommend getting a cooling pad for it.

Everything transferred from old computer to this one. Current and updated with current versions. I look forward to becoming more familiar with new versjon. For myself I will have Geek Squad out but someone more tech savvy will not need it.

Love the quality of the picture and how its built well, yet still light weight for easy traveling. The screen is a great size and i love the speeds i get on it.

Love this laptop way better than my old one runs great, loads up fast and my favorite part the color changing keyboard backlight battery is pretty good too, totally recommend.

This laptop shouldn’t be for sale. It thermal shut offs non stop and hard reloads all the time. Runs great but after about 5 min of hard running just cuts off. I’ve got a cooling fan under it and it non stop shuts off.

It's a good laptop but for gaming you MUST be a power user and able to tweak ALL the things lol. This laptop WILL overheat on you if you do not.
