Obviously ethernet connection is preferred over wifi. I recommend you use a seperate keyboard and mouse when gaming because the keyboard gets HOT to the touch when you game .

Horrible temperatures cause this pc to slow down to windows 98 technology. Worked great during setup. updated all drivers, windows, NVidia etc. So I after that I restarted the pc and used it for about 30 mins before it started lagging horribly and couldn't even run a smooth 4k video on YouTube!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY and buy the HP OMEN O15, its faster, better refresh rate and AMAZING temp control.

Amazing Laptop

I did all the dell and Alienware updates as well as a bios update. This laptop will run most newer AAA games in 4k some with HDR on and looks incredible on the 4k screen, usually between 49-60 Frames Per Second. Some games will need to be ran at 1080. Very high quality build, its true the heat management could have been better and I would have liked the option of another m.2 slot or ssd slot instead of only having 1 m.2.

I was impressed by the speed of the computer, it downloads things very fast with out a problem.
