I didn't buy this laptop for gaming, but I couldn't pass up the price! I got this laptop as an open box item for about $1100 or about $700 off. It does everything I'd expect it to do, with the added bonus that I'd imagine it runs most modern games with ease.

This is my first gaming laptop. I wanted to keep up with my kids' games and play with them. This takes them to task. It also runs my Oculus Quest 2 like a boss in Rift S mode. Gets hot, but I assume that is expected. Don't play with it on your lap!

It looks good and works well for anything you want to use it for.

This system is everything I had been looking for. I researched many brands and stores until I came across this model at Best Buy. It was they system I was looking for and even at a discounted price. I am very happy with the decision I made.

Im a gamer and needed a laptop upgrade for my gaming needs . Looked around for a bit and couldnt find anything in stock till i looked at best buy online. Once again best buy came through for me .

The lap top has a great, clear screen for photo processing.

The specs are fantastic. The build quality is fantastic. The laptop is unusable. Even playing a less demanding game (FFXIV) on medium-high settings, this laptop hits 80 degrees on the CPU and throttles HARD. FPS drops from 60 FPS to 2 within 30 seconds of playing. Apparently this needs BIOS update coming from Dell (spoke to support yesterday). I wouldnt buy this laptop for at least another month or two until the issues are resolved.

Excellent computer, though initially hard to set up, but once everything got updated (except the BIOS, people said that BIOS updates are horrible!!) it works great! Smooth during games, pretty sharp and nice screen, good deal all around

Games well, just gets extremely hot!! When gaming the keyboard gets extremely hot to the point where you don’t want to use the original keyboard on the laptop.

This computer is great value for the specs. It can adequately handle most modern games. The fans do get a bit loud while gaming, but that's just to be expected from a gaming laptop. I'm happy with the purchase.

This computer is great , with plenty storage, great colors. And is amazing all you can do . Great price. And very excellent, so far no problems. Very satisfied with purchasing this computer. I recommend this computer.

This is a great gaming laptop. There are times where it gets really hot, but I think that's simi-intentional as it has a unique cooling system for the powerful parts inside it.

Absolute trash out of the box. Couldn’t play any game I threw at it. Updated everything including bios and got it to run a little better. Still had issues with it though. I decided to return it as soon as I came across “the fix”. To fix the issue with the gpu I was being guided to download a msi program to under cut the voltage. Supposedly dell decided to max the gpu too high causing it to hit its temperature limits and shut down. Dell support website was no help and had to dig for hours to get to that point. No good.

Great pc. My son loves it. Even though it was an open box item, it was well worth it. The salesman told us there is nothing wrong with it and that he checks them out before selling it.

Runs super hot and software that came pre-installed is core edition.... You'll have to update to win10 Home FULL via dell update. Haven't tried updated bios yet... (heard it helps with temps)

I LOVE THIS LAPTOP. It has met my every expectation I shopped for weeks before I chose this one and I’m delighted with my choice. I haven’t had a Dell in years and it’s a fine machine.

My son loves it so much!!!!! He made the effort to improve his grades in school and he did! This gaming laptop was his Christmas gift/reward. It is everything it was advertised to be!
