Satisfied with the laptop. Good features and graphics

I have own a lot of computers last year but this one it’s the best of the best computer I have ever own the screen is awesome performance are excellent and I like the shape ,so I really recommend it.

I love this laptop! The screen is crisp. The weight is great. It runs quick. The only thing I have to complain about is that it turns on automatically when you open it. But I love it none the less

Best laptop I’ve ever owned. Great for gaming and great for photo-editing. Zooms in further into pictures than Microsoft Surface Pro. Purchased Wacom with this laptop to edit photos. Great buy!

Performance is as expected; great graphics with the OLED screen and smooth frame rate. I added a Razor gaming mouse and pad to complete the package. Very pleased with the look, feel, and performance.

Great computer, very powerful with lots of memory and storage and buying the open box demo saved a few hundred dollars with no difference in performance and warranty.

The 4k OLED screen on this laptop is amazing, and worth the extra cost to get. It's surprising that more laptops don't have an OLED option, but I understand that burn-in is a concern (so don't leave a single image on too long or a static toolbar always on display). This also boasts a respectable graphics card, i7 processor, SSD, and the latest wifi 6 standard (I've pulled > 350mb/s on fast.com with my GB internet and wifi 6 router). Works well for photo processing, video editing, and reasonable gaming. On the downside, I miss the dedicated number pad of my 17" laptop, and have found the touchpad to be a bit frustrating. It also runs a bit hot, but that's understandable.

The laptop works great and the screen is beautiful. However, be prepared to upgrade the thermal paste. Out of the box, this thing runs hot. I regularly got screen freezes when gaming for more than 10 minutes. After replacing the thermal paste, it now runs about 20c cooler.

Runs way too hot. Popular games like flight simulator run up to 90c or higher. Default BIOS sets CPU to 4+ GHz. Even after turning off turbo mode in the BIOS still most games run up to 87c. GPU runs just as hot. Sitting Idle temps are ok and non graphics intensive programs run fine. But games play way too hot and there are no user fixable solutions. Dell made sure all drivers were up to date and BIOS is current but it does not help. This is a bad product. I am going to return it

Great laptop. I use it for programming and cad work. It handles large complex models and heavy data crunching very well. My son played some games on it and it handled them with ease.

After adding memory to 64gb this is an awesome PC, I got it for the new MSFS and have had no issues with it. The OLED display is second to none too.

Best laptop out of 20 I purchased whole my life. Great OLED screen, cannot return to any other laptop screen from now on, just oled 4k is my choice, best ever. Fell solid.

This Laptop has power and graphics that really rocks. Game play is a smooth breeze. Can also preform my other computer activities like MS Office. Would highly recommend.

Very poor design. Overheats like mad. I dont use this for gaming i use it for work doing presentations and coding. It gets hot enough above the keyboard that you can almost fry an egg. Not kidding. I have all of the sw updates and bios updstes. A year later and now its dead. First i couldnt even power it off. It was literally stuck until battery died. Then now it just shut off by itself while using gmail and it wont power on at all. And of course its one month passed warranty.

I bought it when it has a discount (1300$ + tax). Loved it. Great graphics card. Unexpectedly good audio performance. I evaluate it 10/10 as price/performance.

Solid Build and excellent keyboard and typing surface. Its a little heavy to carry. Setup was a breeze and the 4k screen is excellent with great tonal value

Great product - worth every penny. High end gaming allows fast pace and excellent fun!

The ONLY issue I have with this is that you can accidentally hit the function key that will turn on Airplane mode. This happened a couple of times while playing Overwatch which dumped me from the game. Easy fix though. Just boot to the Bios Menu at startup and tell it to use the stand function on press and not the extended. That way you have to hold the function key to use any of the special functions like volume, brightness or airplane mode. Gorgeous screen!!!

I wound up returning this item. It gets really really hot under load, screen looks starburst at times, struggles with FPS, and it’s loud.

Great laptop. Oled screen looks amazing. Runs warzone smoothly, supposedly at 4K resolution. Wish it had a second m.2 slot for more hdd space.
