Bsod 3 time. Had it for about 4 hours. It was an open box model. Screen looks great and seems to perform well when it isnt broken. Smallish screen is discrete and hard to read which is ideal for privacy. A great way to deter over the shoulder peekers.

I've had the laptop for about a month so far, and it has been working great. However, for a "gaming laptop", I have noticed it be slow for even simple games such as Jackbox. I don't use the laptop for gaming, so it isn't much of an issue. If you are looking for a laptop for gaming, however, I would recommend something else.

It seemed to be a pretty great laptop initially. However; when installed, the video game Call Of Duty 4 repeatedly crashes due to the fact the computer does not meet the fully recommended system requirements to run the game efficiently. So the video game used to promote the purchase does not seem to run well on the machine itself. As well, they also use the video game fortnite as a freebie to promote the purchase of the laptop. However, the video game fortnite is freely available to anyone whether they purchase a Dell G7 or not. All in all, at the end of the day it is a pretty decent laptop for the everyday user. Yet if you are looking to run more resource intensive games, I would suggest stepping up to a better model And as always, always do intensive research before the purchase. All these things could have been noted by me prior to purchase.

We bought this for my son who wanted a gaming laptop and I told him I was not going to spend that kind of money for a computer that had only one purpose. I liked this laptop because it can handle gaming and school homework. It is portable and battery holds a charge for a while. My son is happy with it and so am I. I love most is the bang for buck that Dell provided.

I use this for my business as well as gaming and it does very well

I have run a few games on it. Mostly just Final Fantasy XIV and it runs game at max settings with no issues. Hard drive space is a little low but there is a second drive bay. If you are using this as your main machine I highly recommend adding a second hard drive and possibly pushing up the RAM to 16GB or even 32GB if you are using Photoshop

Initially bought this one first realized after trying to load windows 10 Pro it only had eight gigs internal memory returned it. then bought the 16 gig models same version everything else was the one terabyte drive much happier with that one

This is a great laptop for moderate gaming. The battery is a little weak, but it's fine if you're plugged into an outlet. The Sound driver makes a weird audio rattle randomly, and goes to Max volume then slowly fades back to the volume level you set it at every time you pause and resume videos.
