    Item arrived significantly later than promised. On arrival, monitor looked completely scuffed up, almost as if it came out of a dumpster. Packaged poorly with little support. When I powered it on, 1/4 if the monitor was cracked and non-readable. I love my BestBuy, and I'm sure they'll do right by me - but this is indicative of the refurb quality I would highly advise against.

  • Broken Monitor out of the Box

    It pains me to give this review 1 star but after I finish I believe it will be justified. I ordered and received this refurbished and proceeded to take it out of the box so I can test it and here was the results. The right top corner was shattered, a bule and green streak ran down the right side from top to bottom. I returned to my local store for a refund.

    This is a fantastic monitor. Clear, crisp, responsive for desktop or gaming. Paired with Windows 11 it looks excellent and it has all the options I wanted.
