This computer is a beast. Yes i had a few problems at the start but with a few tweaks it will doing gaming and great office workhorse. 15 second boot at tops. I usually build my computers but could not build it for the price. Would I have made some changes sure but this computer is the best bang for the buck out there. Plus it looks cool.

What u do get: 1. A working computer; 2. 1800x. Although it seems to me the initial tested performance is not paralleled with a 1800x from another maker. 3. SSD, hard drive. What it not the same as advertised: 1. The graphic card is not rx580 but rx480. If you run AIDA64 to test it, you will find it is Polaris 10 which should be used in rx480 rather than rx 580. It's core clock is set at rx480 level as well. More ironically, even a rx480 typically with have power boarder at 150w! However this one is set at 110. The performance test is not even as good as a normal rx480 if you r not oc! So, you can just expect a rx470. Seriously! 2. The mother board actually do not support 16x. So incorrect advertisement again. 3. The PSU is not enough for further upgrade. 4. The Fan was set pretty low or the quality is not good initially so the temperature is generally high in normal state. (Funny sometimes it is actually lower when you open a game because the fan start working). High temperature means lower performance for sure. So, you may also expect a lower performance then you can expect from 1800x. I own 3 Dell desktop PCs and 1 Dell laptop PC. This is the newest of the four, which I bought at Best Buy in November 2017. I am not a gamer but bought this PC due to its excellent specs and I use it every day at home. I have encountered three negative, ongoing issues: (1) Every time I attempt to Shut Down, the PC simply Restarts! To actually shut down, I have to hold down the power button on top of the PC case, so I mostly leave it running all the time. (2) I have a Dell S2716DG 27-inch Monitor, which I purchased with and use with this PC. Scrolling up and down produces tearing or ghosting of text, especially in email messages and online. I tried both Display Port and HDMI connections, with the same problem. (3) My mouse cursor, and to a lesser extent, the keyboard, periodically freezes or locks up (I use Logitech wireless mice and keyboards), an issue that does not occur when I use wired devices. I have tried several wireless mice - all with the same issue. All of my devices have the latest drivers. Windows 10 is kept updated with the latest version and patches. I tried online "solutions" from various websites, none of which fixed any of these issues.

I bought this pc, it very good but I want to add more 16gb ram. what kind of ram I should buy? anyone can suggest for me!

As of right now it's perfect for what I need, I'll adjust stars down the road for performance.

This gaming PC is outstanding for the price. Intel needs to watch out for the RyZen Theadripper. That is a beast of a CPU.

Dell, really tried to sell these promsing parts. Bloatware, long updates, stuttering graphics, and etc. I'll keep my review simple, and i will go from fail to the next fail. Phase one: The very first time you turn on the computer, it makes all sort of noises, click, then a bang, after 5 mins it makes another clang noise, like its unsure what its build for... Phase 2: Computer is not set for gaming, so much bloatware that gets in the way between you and your games. By the way, resetting the com (Fresh Start from scarcth, barebone Windows) will not work either. Phase 3: This not a hate review or trying to put down a computer that I never owned. Trust me when I say, this computer is garbage, and Dell secure their rep as being the same as always. PS This is my first review ever......ever I say on any website! Real anger made me write my first product review.

Getting graphical distortion during first boot setup, rebooting, then shutting itself down. Dell unable to help, wanted me to ship it to them to repair. Tried reseating GPU and RAM and using their support tool during boot which found no hardware issues or problems with Windows. Returning it.
