Good bang for the buck. Purchased as a work computer. Seems to be doing all I need it to. Not sure about gaming applications as not used for this purpose. Over all pleased with the purchase. Have had several Dell computers and have had no problems.

This is for company use, cost and product in a good mix

Purchased cuz needed to upgrade my PC my previous one was an old dinosaur from back in 2005 so this new should last me another 10 years. It’s exactly what I needed with all the current bells and whistles.

Needed to finally replace my XP. Retired now with school aged grandchildren; this tower is fantastic. It compliments their laptops that have Windows 10. Therefore I have help to make the OS transition.

I’m very happy with this PC. I compared prices with other vendors and for a couple of weeks and BestBuy had the best deal! I just wish I had paid a little extra to get Office included in my purchase.

Bought this computer as a replace computer for my wife. She’s one happy camper. Only down side is she doesn’t like the email program. Just not a user friendly program. Other than than excellent.

So far so good. Start up was smooth and flawless. Seems a good fit for our somewhat simple application. We are not streamers or gamers. We run word processing, Excel and QuickBooks for small business purposes.

I was in dire need of a new computer as my old one was full and very slow. I can now quickly get into my computer and process files: Excel sheets, PDFs, etc. Makes my life much more easier. Thanks Best Buy!

Although windows 10 is new to me, the learning process has been easy on the Dell. It has proven easy to find tools as well as making suggestions for their use. It loads quickly on starting and access to the internet is quick and easy.

I have had my computer for almost a year and it has worked perfectly for personal and school use. Very fast as I do not download any games or anything else that takes a lot of memory.

Was a replacement for a system that was failing due to performance.

I came into the store with a specific desktop computer in mind. I went over to the computers area and was IMMEDIATELY greeted by a sales associate. I told him what I was looking for and he IMMEDIATLEY looked up the item and showed t he specs on his screen. I suddenly realized that the item did not have the onboard cd/dvd drive that I wanted. He looked some more and found what I needed and what was immediately available in the store. He was very knowledgeable of the products he sold. He even brought up the 18 month no interest option, since I have a Best Buy Card and planned to use it for the purchase. EXCELLENT sales person / advisor. I am VERY pleased with his service.

Good looking computer in a small case. Fits easily on my desk. Not too big like my older model. Was very easy to hook up and start up right out of the box. Very happy with purchase!

Very few desktop computers available. This one meet the need

Easy to operate, good value, fine printing quality. Installation by Geek Squad facilitated setup and my learning about the new printer.

This PC is working great. Exactly what I needed for in home use. Performs as advertised and got it for a great price. Excellent for the YouTube videos my wife likes to watch.
