    Two days after purchase I couldn't open Google Chrome, and Geek Squad couldn't access the unit remotely. They, and Geek Squad in the Best Buy store, said the hard drive was defective. So they gave me credit and I bought an HP instead.

    was assured by the best buy salesman that this was just the computer i needed even after explaining my gaming needs , this is a good first computer for a kid but no way a gaming computer , but i commend the guy from the geek squad for getting me into the computer i needed he was awesome , the original salesman was just trying to sell a system and all the extras , in my opinion
