Confusing Printer

Once I got it connected and figured out where to load all the paper and where the the print was going to come out. Once these obstacles were over come it is a fantastic printer and makes great copies.

Still need to learn newer, advanced programs which is frustrating, time consuming, and a pain. Have not been able to get one printer to print all PDF's. Online support has not been able to fix. I have been told I must take it back into the store to fix the problem.

Other than the fact the Support Assist app has never worked from day one it is a pretty nice desktop. Don't have time to run back to Best Buy to find out why it does not work and hope that driver updates are not going to be an issue
